To review an existing hotel reservation made through the online reservation system, enter your name and the confirmation number or client ID from your reservation click the "Retrieve Reservation" button.
After reviewing the reservation, you have the option to cancel the reservation or exit without making any changes. At present, most reservations can not be modified online.
