General Information:

Originally built as J. Paul Getty's private hideaway, the Pierre Marques is conveniently
located 20 minutes outside of downtown Acapulco. The luxury resort retains the charm of a
private estate, sharing 480 perfectly manicured tropical acres with its sister resort, the
Acapulco Princess. With complete access to all facilities of the Acapulco Princess, the Pierre
Marques features 18-hole par 72 golf, outdoor tennis courts (lit for night play), free-form
freshwater pools and more. Six flexible rooms in a separate convention center allow for
meetings, banquets and seminars seating for 15 to 500. The hotel offers a variety of
imaginative theme parties such as Mexican fiestas, pirate parties, poolside buffets and more.
(The Pierre Marques is a seasonal resort which is open from the end of October through the

Nearby Attractions

The Acapulco Princess and Pierre Marques are beachfron properties, located on 480 acres running

along the beautiful Revolcadero Beach. The beach is beautiful and clean, however, like

everywhere on the Mexican coast, the undertow can prove dangerous. There are posted warning

signs, whether it is safe to go swimming or note.  Anyone that is not a good swimmer should

probably not go in the ocean but use the swimming pools at both Pierre Marques and The Acapulco

Princess.
