Sheraton Buganvilias Resort and Convention Center, located beachside about 10 minutes from
downtown Puerto Vallarta, has re-opened its doors with a new, contemporary look and feel after
a multi-million dollar renovation in 2003.

Three restaurants dot the property. La Villita, serving Mexican specialties for breakfast and
lunch, faces the ocean and is crowned with a spectacular 16-foot thatched-roof palapa. It also
offers a lavish champagne Sunday brunch with Mariachi music. La Pergola offers snacks by the
pool. Gaviotas is an air-conditioned restaurant serving eclectic international cuisine for
dinner.

The property features two lobby bars and two swim-up bars, La Carreta and La Palapa, as well
as El Embarcadero, an air conditioned international bar with appetizers, live music and
contemporary Mexican ambiance. Every Thursday guests can enjoy a Mexican Fiesta, with mariachi
music, folkloric show, mexican buffet, open bar, raffles and contests.

Each of the 600 rooms has individually controlled air-conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar,
direct-dial phone, smoke detectors and security box. Non smoking and handicap-accessible rooms

 This property offers the option of an all-inclusive plan, which includes breakfast buffet,
lunch and dinner daily, Sunday Champagne Bruch, Mexican Fiesta on Thursdays, unlimited
